The collaboration with Khoa went very well, he is driven, solution-oriented and able to quickly switch between different problems. He is very accessible, flexible and always thinks about the solution.

Since this is a relatively small project, Khoa’s commitment and therefore impact was essential and this project could not have been completed successfully without his knowledge and skills.

    • In what ways has the project outcome met or exceeded your expectations?

The fact that not all functional requirements were clear from the start of the project and that they had to take shape during the project was already a challenge, but despite this uncertainty we delivered the project on time, within budget and with all functional requirements.

The quick connection you make between my functional wishes and the technical possibilities in SF

Naturally, there were a number of challenges during the project, but these were quickly and accurately identified and alternative scenarios were proposed.

    • How well did I handle unexpected issues or changes in requirements?

Ultimately, we came up with a good solution to the problem together. What can be a learning point for you is that you can always work on internal communication and safeguarding your proposals.

If you have a clear view from the business community about what you want functionally, then Khoa is uniquely able to think along with you and implement it. His high degree of independence and willingness to work means that he can work in multiple team settings.
